Efforts within the facility

・Increasing the number of areas with hand sanitizer
We have created an easier to use environment with more areas with hand sanitizer, such as the admin building (front desk) and in guest rooms.

・Improving disinfection within the hotel
We are taking appropriate measures to disinfect doorknobs, doors, handrails on the stairs, bathroom doors, and other places that guests often touch.

・Improving disinfection efforts when cleaning guest rooms
After guests check out, we open guest room windows to ventilate the room and also disinfect it in addition to regular cleaning.

・Having staff wear masks
In consideration of the health and safety of our guests and public hygiene, staff wear masks and do their best to provide good hospitality.
Our staff also make appropriate use of hand sanitizer.

・Maintaining social distancing
We are working to reduce the amount of contact time, with checking in and out available from the guest rooms.

Efforts in the Staff Only Area

・Implementing temperature checks before coming to work
Staff must check their temperature before coming to work, and those who do not feel well are told to stay at home until their symptoms clear up, or instructed to see a doctor and adhere to their advice.

・Filling in health study surveys
All staff, including those on leave, are obliged to fill in a health study survey every day and report their health condition to us, allowing us to monitor the health of all of our staff.

・Wearing masks
All staff are obliged to wear a mask when at work, leaving work, and when in the offices.
Staff are instructed to use alcohol disinfectant in the employee area and to use hand sanitizer when at work and in the bathrooms.

・Refrain from non-essential business trips, meetings, and events
In addition to refraining from any unnecessary business trips, employees are not allowed to go overseas, and must refrain from participating in events and meetings with an unspecified large number of people.
In addition, where possible, meetings are all conducted online.

・Changing the office layout to avoid the “3Cs”
We carry out our work while keeping space between each other, arranging our seating to avoid sitting face-to-face with others, and creating an office layout that avoids close contact.

Requests to Customers

・About temperature checks and health study surveys
We kindly ask all guests for their cooperation in checking their body temperature when they arrive.
In addition, we kindly ask customers that will be staying with us to fill in a health study survey. Unfortunately guests that experience a fever or any other symptoms of feeling unwell are kindly asked to refrain from visiting our hotel.

・About wearing masks, washing hands, and alcohol disinfection
We kindly ask that guests wear a mask, washing their hands, and make use of the hand sanitizer provided.

・About checking in and out
As there may be times when it is crowded during checkin and checkout, we kindly ask that guests let us know of a specified arrival time in advance and avoid getting to close to other guests. We kindly asking for your cooperation and understanding.

・Reduction in time taken for procedures at the front desk
In order to speed up the time taken for checking in and out, we kindly ask that you fill in the prior forms and make use of the express checkout.
