About Accommodation & Transportation

Q. Can children stay at the hotel?

A. Yes, we welcome children as guests.
Children under age 12 can stay for free if sharing a bed.
Children aged 12 to 16 will be charged 15,000 JPY (tax inclusive) as an accommodation fee.

 

Q. Do you offer early and late check-in?

A. We can accommodate this provided vacancies allow. Please inquire when checking in.

 

Q. Are guest rooms cleaned every day?

A. Towels are changed and the trash is collected daily. The sheets are replaced once every three days, unless you request otherwise.

 

Q. Can I send my luggage on ahead of me to the hotel?

A.Yes. Please enter the dates of your stay and names of guests on the shipping slip when forwarding your luggage.

 

Q.Do you have a pick-up and drop-off service?

A. A free shuttle service between Miyako Airport and Miyako Shimojishima Airport and the hotel is available for guests using the hotel or our car rental services. Please contact the hotel main line by telephone or e-mail if you wish to book the shuttle.
※Please make your booking by at least 3 days prior to arrival.

 

Q. Is there a car rental service?

A. You can arrange to book a vehicle at the hotel.
If you wish to book directly at the hotel, we have rental agreement documents available. Please present your driver’s license and contact the hotel main telephone line.

 

Q. Can I pay by credit card?

A. The hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, and UnionPay cards.

 

Q. Can I bring pets with me?

A. We apologize, but we do not accept pets at the hotel.

 

Q. When will I be charged if I cancel my reservation?

A.Cancellation fees are listed in the accommodation agreement.
The cancellation fee is 50% for reservations cancelled one week before the scheduled date, 70% for three days before, 100% for cancellation the day prior, and 100% for same-day cancellation or no-show.

 

About Facilities & Equipment

Q. Can I use the internet in my room?

A. Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) is available free of charge in all guest rooms and throughout the front desk building.

 

Q. Is there a laundromat available? Do you provide dry cleaning?

A. All guest rooms at the hotel are equipped with washers and dryers, which can be used free of charge.

 

Q. Is there a parking lot?

A. There is parking space for 1-2 vehicles per guest room.
Parking is available free of charge to hotel guests.
No advance booking is required for use of parking.

 

Q. Can I see the ocean from my room?

A. All guest rooms have ocean views. You will have a wonderful view of the open ocean.

Q. Does the hotel have its own beachfront access?

A. We do not have a private beach, but you can reach Toguchi Beach, famous for its white sand, in about 5 minutes by car.

 

Q. What items can I borrow for free?

A. We provide the following. Note that quantities are limited. Thank you for your understanding.
– Baby bed guards, irons, ironing boards, bathtub chairs, cutting boards, knives

 

Q. Do you have loaner items for use in the pool?

A. We provide towels and beach sandals on a loaner basis at the pool area.

 

Q. I have children who need to sleep by my side. What amenities are there for children, and what loaner items do you provide?

A. In terms of amenities, we provide children’s slippers and toothbrushes.
Note that we do not offer pajamas for children, so you must bring your own.

 

Q. Is there a place where I can smoke?

A. Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises, including within guest rooms.

 

Q. Is there a place to buy souvenirs at the hotel?

A. We have a system in place where you can purchase hotel amenities and other items via our web site.

 

Q. Do you provide bicycle rentals?

A. We apologize, but we do not.

 

Q. Do you have wheelchairs available?

A. Yes, we do. Please note that quantities are limited, so please contact us in advance to book one.

 

Q. Are there handrails or ramps for people with movement disabilities?

A. We apologize, but we do not have handrails or other aids installed around the building.

 

About Activities

Q. What activities can I take part in at the hotel?

A.We offer morning yoga (fees apply).

 

Q. Is there snorkeling available?

A. Due to ocean currents, we ask that guests refrain from snorkeling on the hotel grounds, but we are happy to arrange snorkeling tours if you require. Please ask a staff member for further details. You can also find more information on the tablet device located within your guest room.

 

Q. Is there diving available?

A. Due to ocean currents, we ask that guests refrain from diving on the hotel grounds, but we are happy to arrange diving tours if you require. Please ask a staff member for further details. You can also find more information on the tablet device located within your guest room.

 

Q. Are there restaurants to eat at nearby?

A. There are several restaurants near the hotel, but you will find more choices in downtown Miyakojima. Please let the hotel staff know your needs and they will assist you.
