Our menu features the finest cuts of Japanese Black, Agu pork, and fresh island vegetables and seafood grown in the vast natural environs of the Miyako Islands.
BBQ Menu
As the name suggests, Japanese Black is a breed of cattle with a black coat. It is prime choice for beef due to the genetic tendency for the meat to marble.
There is no main production region for Japanese Black, and it is widely bred nationwide.
We offer luxury barbecue cuisine using only the highest quality cuts of Japanese Black.
This is a luxury meal focused on quality over quantity.
Course meal for one: 12,000 JPY (tax inclusive)
1. (At front) Salted tongue, 60 grams, (Front right) Japanese Black loin, 60 grams, (Center) Japanese Black marinated ribs, 60 grams, (Right back) Skirt steak, 60 grams, (Left) Agu pork, 50 grams, (Back, nearest) Two seaweed sausages, (Far back) Yanbaru chicken, 50 grams

1. (At front) Thick sliced beef tongue, 80 grams: Soft tongue meat cut to a thickness to give it a moderate texture and tooth.
(Left) Japanese Black special loin, 80 grams: Loin meat with clean marbling grilled lightly for the best flavor.
(Right) 80 gram skirt steak: Savor a thick-cut, juicy skirt steak.
(Center) Japanese black chateaubriand, 80 grams
Using only carefully selected Japanese Black chateaubriand, this is a cut of which only 2-3 kilograms can be obtained per head of cattle.

Note regarding reservations
※A 10% gratuity will also be charged.
※We accept orders for parties of two and up.

・Reservations are accepted until 8:00 PM the day before your intended date. We do not accept same-day bookings.
・BBQ hours are from 6:00 PM onward. At 8:00 PM, we will remind patrons about the barbecue coming to a close.
・Because barbecues are catered, if you wish to increase the size of your order, please do so when booking. We cannot accept requests for additional orders once the barbecue has begun.
・If the barbecue will not be carried out due to inclement weather, please reschedule to another date during your stay. No cancellation fees apply for cancellations made up to 3:00 PM on the day of a scheduled barbecue. Note that cancellations after that time will not be refunded.
・We ask for your cooperation with separating and disposing of any waste.
・If you wish to rent just a cooking stove, it is available for 5,000 JPY (tax inclusive) between the hours of 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
